In certain Business, Insurance and Reinsurance transactions, structuring can be everything in making a deal work. The ACS Team specialise in structuring solutions and innovative products.

We have access to other senior Management, Technical and Finance personnel, where we need additional resources for a specific Project.

We work with selected Insurers, Reinsurers, Banks and Corporate Finance Companies, normally at Board level, who have known us well for many years where we have built mutually beneficial business relationships over time.

We work to create an alignment of interest between the parties of any venture.

We pre underwrite all proposals with Clients before approaching Underwriters.

We work with the Regulators in various countries on behalf of our clients

On an 'as needed' basis we have informal arrangements within our network with Loss Adjusters, Auditors, Investigators, Actuaries and Tax Advisers.

As a business we have always chosen not to handle clients’ monies, so we are never a credit risk to either our clients’ or the placement markets we use.
