Gearing Reinsurances

These Policies were originated by members of the Management team in 1994 and are now widely used by many parties in the Lloyds community. We work with Reinsurers who provide both Quota Share and Stop Loss capacity to selected Syndicates and other Lloyds underwriting entities. Essentially, Reinsurers provide these entities with both different levels of actual protection, plus the loan of Funds at Lloyds in the form of Letters of Credit.

We are in the process of finalising what we believe is the first Insurance Company equivalent of this structure.
